  • Aircraft will be met on arrival and rallyists will be chauffeured to the Aero Club.

  • Arrivals buffet lunch will be served at the Aero Club between 12 noon and 3pm. If you plan to arrive later please let us know if you would still like lunch.

  • Evening drinks reception at the Aero Club from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, including canapes, and welcome address at 7.00pm from Colin Le Ray the Airport Director.

  • Recommendations for local restaurants can be found on Trip Advisor (our favourites are on the first page) but if you don’t fancy a restaurant you can join our Club Members for Super (food TBA), served from 8pm, £12.50 pp inc dessert (booking is essential).


  • Optional navigational competition (NAVEX) over Brittany 9am to 3pm.

  • Once again there will be an option of having a guided walk in Herm and Guernsey, details TBA.  This year we hope to offer two options @ £? cost TBA (details tbc nearer the time)

  • Pre-flight competition in the ASG hangar between 10am and 12 noon.

  • A light lunch will be served at the Aero Club between 12 noon and 2pm (so let us know if your Navex time means we need to save you some lunch)!

  • The highlight of the weekend will be our “Around the World in AV80 Days” themed Hangar Party, from 7pm until late with food comprising a locally sourced menu. During the evening there will be the Awards presentation, a raffle, and a disco. For those who wish to dress up fancy dress is optional (but highly recommended) with a play on “Around the World in AV80 Days” theme (but anything goes really) The Fun Cup will be awarded to the person with best costume).


  • Coffee/teas and croissants available in the Aero Club prior to departure to help you on your way and we look forward to seeing you next year!!!

Please note that your entry fee covers parking charges for the nights of 7th and 8th June. Pilots arriving before 7th June or departing after 8th June will have to pay for any extra nights’ parking fees.
